Everything's on the Steam Workshop now, so setup is dead simple — connect, accept, play.

Three Steps
Direct-connect to the server
Keep DayZ and the DayZ Launcher updated (outdated versions are the #1 reason joins fail). In the launcher, add a server by IP:

No port needed — the default is correct.
Accept the required mods
When you connect, the launcher lists the server's mods and offers to subscribe you. Accept — Steam downloads and enables all of them for you, including our two custom mods. No folders, no manual downloads.
Launch and play
Hit Play, connect to 104.245.246.174, and you're on the coast. Welcome to the Ridge.
Can't connect? The DayZ Launcher or the game most likely needs an update. Update both through Steam, restart the launcher, and try again.
